Excellent service
Recently let two properties in south Sheffield through Redbrik. Excellent service throughout the whole process, new tenants found within a few days of the properties being placed on the market, and rentals achieved in excess of asking price / expectations. Great service!
We have just purchased a house with The Redbrik Team as our estate agents and I cannot fault any of the work they have done for us over the last few months!Even from the offset, we were able to book a viewing hours after we had rang them up with interest in our house. We was able to take the property off the market the same day as we viewed it and they helped with us pay our reservation fee.
Our agent, Emma, was absolutely brilliant! She replied promptly, reassured any concerns we had, was flexible for us to view the home on a number of occasions, polite, friendly, professional. We haven't got a bad word to say about her!
Thanks for all your help Redbrik! Considering how hard they must be working in a property boom we always felt like we was their priority, right up until completion day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
