Jamie and Rapid Energy have been nothing short of brilliant, and a pleasure to work with. This is our first project together, and we will be definitely using them again, on account of their flexibility. One key point was their remote monitoring, which meant when the system went down, we were told before the client even knew!

Really impressed. Rapid Energy responded to my query within 24 hours and I was able to meet a representative on site the next day. Delivery was arranged and the Engineer was onsite installing the temporary boiler that week. I was very impressed by the level of service and professionalism displayed. RAMS were submitted ahead of the work and I have since had follow up calls to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
