Radford Semele

In 1963 the Village Hall Planning Committee was established, chaired by the Vicar Leslie Blont. Following many scemes and meetings a public meeting was held in November 1964 to consider the final use of the public buildings being proposed. At this meeting it was decided, that in addition to the Community Hall provision for a liscenced premises should be made. Following a few further years of discussion the final plan was approved on December 29th 1967. Building commenced on eighteenth January 1968.
