Guidance, technical assistance, tutoring and formal training are provided when required to resolve problems or to supply full compliance with regulatory and/or international standards. We prefer to train the customer's team to build a high proportion of the documentation needed so that they have ongoing ownership. Alternatively we can evolve full instruction and control documentation.
