I have rented through Kings Lettings Staines for nearly 3 years now and can highly recommend them. If you have a question, you can be assured of a prompt and detailed answer by one of the team (Jeanette, Sandra, Jade). The same applies if something breaks or needs replacing: don't worry, it'll be resolved more quickly than if you were to do it yourself.

We have let our flat through Kings for over 10 years and cannot fault their service which has been consistently good since we have been dealing with them.
Prior to using Kings I had tried one of the larger Estate Agents in Staines and was disappointed with their service and I am so glad I switched to Kings.
Everything is dealt with efficiently and there is always someone on the end of the phone to deal with any queries.

We as a family have been renting a property with Kings for the last 7 years. We have always had a very quick response from the Kings team on every occasion especially from the admin team. Once you have raised your concern, you do not need to follow up again with Kings team. They will come up with a very quick schedule to clear the issues and it is always the best.
