Great experience renting through prospects in Wokingham. They fully managed the property for 3 years whilst we were there during tenancy, very efficient with any maintenance issues we reported to Nikki Gardener and deposit was returned back within a normal time range as you would expect. In the end we are going with a property from another agent, but I would like to thank Dan from Prospect Wokingham for his excellent manner (always polite and never patronising) when we viewed 3 properties through him. Dan goes the extra mile to ensure the potential buyer's experience is smooth and stress-free. He is really proactive in suggesting viewings of suitable properties, without being pushy. He does his research on the properties and no question is too much or too 'silly'. He also seems to be able to secure viewings at remarkably short notice which was greatly appreciated. So far he is by far the best agent I have dealt with in Wokingham and I would highly recommend him to any other potential buyers.
