Professional Formations

Professional Formations are Chartered Secretaries in Public Practice, registered with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) since 1992. Only members of the Institute may call themselves 'Chartered Secretaries' no other qualification is specific to the role of firm secretary and the efficient administration of limited firms. Like solicitors, Chartered Secretaries have direct access to barristers for advocacy services.
