My name is Ali, the director at Prachee Restaurant Keele. I don't know how far Prachee will progress but I intend to do my finest! I have more than ten years of knowledge in the world of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. From my point of view, I think the main aspect in food is how tasteful and creative it is. This is why I have worked alongside our chef to build a range of special dishes that are out of the norm. In my restaurant, I and my team believe that the food and hygiene rules are an important factor in working in a restaurant.
