Pole Crazy is a fun and friendly Pole dancing school located in Bournemouth. We began up in April 2005, providing pole dancing classes for women to get fit and tone up. Since then we've taught 100's of women to pole dance. We now provide Pole dancing classes aimed at promoting fitness through dance, in a safe and unintimidating environment. Our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced. All ages and abilities are welcome. We structure our classes to include warm up, stretches, new moves, routine work and a cool down.
