I can't say enough good things about my experience with Polar Windows. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We decided to upgrade our home with new uPVC windows and a gorgeous composite door, and it has made such a difference.
The team at Polar Windows was incredibly professional and friendly. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and offered great advice. The installation crew was punctual and did an amazing job. They were super tidy and respectful of our home, which we really appreciated.
The new windows have made our home so much quieter and warmer, and we're already noticing a drop in our energy bills. The composite door looks fantastic and feels very secure, which gives us a lot of peace of mind.
What really impressed us was the attention to detail and the quality of the work. It's clear that Polar Windows takes pride in what they do, and it shows in their work.

All new windows fitted in June 2022. Excellent price and fitters were great - no mess whatsoever. Had a problem with a faulty frame in May 2024 and after 2 months of trying to get it replaced, it was finally done today by Micky and Cal who have been absolutely excellent. Cannot fault either set of fitters, but the company don't know what after service is.
