read moreIan established Plymouth Homes in September 1999 after working for Halifax Property Services and completing his professional exams at the College of Estate Management at Reading University. Initially with his business partner, Susan Tamblyn, Ian started his business from empty premises on Mutley Plain and he still operates from the same offices today. Starting with no properties to sell, Ian and Susan worked hard to build a property portfolio and quickly gained a reputation for quality service and delivering on their promises.
