An oak dresser of Georgian design, in two sections, the upper part with open shelves and cupboards, the base fitted with three deep drawers, with cross banded decoration and brass handles and escutcheons over a carved frieze on shaped legs and pad feet, width approximately 178cm, height 216cm. Ian Fleming 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service', 1963 first edition / first impression, signed by the actress Catherine Schell who played 'Nancy', alongside George Lazenby in the 1969 movie of the book, original unclipped dust jacket.

read moreWe offer free valuations by appointment at our salerooms Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm (apart from auction weeks). Simply bring your items along, we will take a look and indicate a current auction value. If your items are suitable for our sales and you wish to sell them they can be left on the day for inclusion in a suitable auction. We will discuss values, estimates and recommend reserves where nescessary. We wil issue you a receipt and details of the auction date. All goods are insured in our care at mid estimate.
