Andrej installed our in-laws bathroom and was referred to us when our shower needed to be replaced & our wiring upgraded. Recognising that wed mistakenly bought a replacement without an internal pump he found a suitable one but refused to install it until hed seen an electricians safety certificate, which they took weeks to send. Our gas service engineer quoted us nearly 700 to drain our system with a view to replacing a gate valve to stop persistent vibration so we asked Andrej for a second opinion. He found nothing wrong with the valve but that our pump had been set unnecessarily fast. Instead of undercutting the original quote he turned down the speed and stopped the vibration for nothing. Andrej puts customer service ahead of profit.

We moved on new property during the Christmas time , and since then, we had ongoing issues with our boiler and underfloor heating. We had several engineers come out, but none of them managed to fix the problem properly any improvement only lasted a short time.
A friend then recommended Plumb Heating, and Im really glad they did. Andrew and his teammate spent three days working on the system, carried out a full power flush, and discovered that one of the heating pipe had a solid blockage. It turned out the system hadnt been properly maintained by the previous owner.
Some of the pipes were replaced, and since then the system has been working perfectly. The house heats up much faster, and everything runs as it should.
I highly recommend Plumb Heating to anyone in Hemel Hempstead looking for a reliable boiler or underfloor heating engineer. Excellent work and very professional service.

Our boiler stopped working and Andrew came around at very short notice. He is a real professional Plumber and Heating Engineer. He explains everything, very thorough and also tidy. We recently moved to St Albans and Plumb Heating was recommended by our neighbours.
We had a leaking rusty radiator, and Andrew came out quickly to identify the problem. He explained that the system was full of sludge and several radiators were badly corroded.
In the end, we replaced all the radiators and had a power flush done. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Andrew was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to deal with.
Were planning to replace the boiler in the near future, and well definitely be calling Andrew again. Highly recommended!
