An absolute nightmare of a company!
An absolute nightmare of a company. Took months to sort our damaged coving and ceiling roses that we reported the next day after delivery. They also short changed is on lengths. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful and the manager was so rude. No apology or offer of compensation for their errors, such a stressful time.I would most definitely AVOID this company!

Really good stock of different covings at a good price. Our order was delivered by the lovely, friendly Steve who helped massively by unloading and bring 25m of coving into the house out of the rain which I really appreciated. He was also really patient when finding the house because we are down a tricky lane. Thanks Steve!

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase of the small egg and dart cornicing, and have been impressed by the level of customer service at every point. Their team went above and beyond to help with my order - they pulled strings to make sure I could have the cornicing delivered on a particular day, made recommendations of an installer in my area, and even got in touch to say that they didn't think I'd ordered the right amount for the room I had described (I hadn't) and amended the order on the spot. The delivery was smooth and the driver was incredibly helpful, and the installation was excellent as well. Really pleased with my cornicing and would definitely recommend Plaster Ceiling Roses.

Plaster ceiling roses have been excellent. The ceiling rose we bought is perfect in our living room and really in keeping with the features of our Victorian terrace house. The company have also been brilliant and allowed me to return the cornice I bought when I explained I had miscalculated the measurements and swapped it for the correct size with no issues at all and have also arranged for re-delivery of the correct size with no extra cost. Would highly recommend them as a company.

Excellent coving!
Although I had not previously used this company, I was impressed with their website and the option to purchase samples. I decided to buy coving for my lounge in my Victorian terrace and a ceiling rose. My builder was extremely impressed with the quality of the materials, which allowed him to carry out a flawless installation by sanding down the joins, unlike with some polystyrene alternatives. Despite having slightly uneven walls, the coving and ceiling rose look exceptionally beautiful, seamlessly blending in as if they have always been there. I highly recommend this company based on my positive experience. Value for Money

With many original Victorian features, the showroom will provide an ideal setting to view our range of plaster coving and plaster ceiling roses, with designs from the Georgian period through to the present day. Customers will also be able to come in and discuss coving installation and a full range of plastering services.

Larger, more ornate and delicate ceiling roses can be delivered in the same time scale where possible but can take up to seven working days if delivered by hand. This is to avoid damage to your rose.
