read moreBefore this project was started it was a bungalow with no first floor, the stone work to the front was part of an extension built by PPD. The roof was taken off the property and lifted 1 metre to give head room to the new formed dormer bungalow. The project took 9 months to complete and as you can see from this picture, the property was sympathetically extended with the stone lintels on the new first floor matching the existing lintels on the ground floor. This double garage, gym and work shop was completely constructed by Pinnacle Builders from the ground work to tiling the roof.

The conservatory shown below was built in Thorner, Leeds for Mr & Mrs Grimes, the existing conservatory had to be taken down due to the foundations, We built a steel frame with in the UPVC frame work to carry the tiled roof as you can clearly see there is no evidence within the finished work. This was also placed on the front cover from the UPVC suppliers to advertise there work due to the quality of the finished project.
