If items are out of stock, we'll take every measure to ensure we obtain the items for you as speedily as possible. No monies are debited from your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

We sell a variety of high quality food brands for your dogs, cats, small animals, wild birds and chickens. We carry pet products such as treats, toys, supplements, leads/collars, beds, bowls, cleaning supplies, grooming supplies, cat litter and more. In the unlikely event we don't have a certain product in store, we will be happy to order it in for you and will let you know when the item arrives in stock, usually within just a few days.

read moreOur street shop remains open to customers as usual between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm. We ask if you could please pay by card where possible and also be aware that at times we may ask for you to wait outside, if we have 2 customers already inside the shop. To minimise contact, we're also happy to take your order and payment over the phone, then simply give us a call on 0114 262 0370 when you arrive outside the shop and we can either place your shopping outside for you, or if you open your car boot ready, we can place it in there for you.
