Pentyrch RFC is a thriving village club on the outskirts of Cardiff. It runs a senior side in the WRU National League Division 3SE (Champions 08-09 season of Div 4SE) a 2nd staff in the Cardiff Leagues, a strong Youth side, our Mini & Junior section run sides from U7 - U16's. Pentyrch RFC was established in 1882. It has strong village support with many of our players still living within 3 miles radius of the club.

read moreWe're very sorry to announce that our great friend, and former Chairman, Bob Hannah suffered a stroke last week. Bob remains in hospital. It is early days in terms of recovery and the prognosis is not yet clear. But we can be sure that Bob will be fighting hard, showing the determination we all know him for. We're in touch with Bob's family and we have ensured that they know we are all here for Bob and them - just as Bob would be there for one of us if we ever needed support. I know I speak for all of us at Pentyrch RFC in reiterating that message and in saying that we all stand with Bob.
