Steve from Pellows emptied our sewage treatment plant today - access to the plant is down a very steep drive which is extremely narrow - touch and go even for Pellows' smallest truck. Steve didn't give up and managed it expertly, all with a smile. First class service - I can't recommend Steve and Pellows highly enough.

Had my mechanical tank emptied this wk. I always use Pellows Tania will work her magic to book me in lovely helpful lady. Tom the tanker driver came, what a lovely helpful young man. Tank emptied he hosed the tank clean. Well done Excellent service

We had a nightmare of a situation where our 6 bed house share was totally blocked up and no toilets/sinks etc were able to be used. The guys came out that evening to survey the building, going above and beyond what I expected. They moved heaven and earth to move their diary around when they understood the situation and came out the next day at 0900 in the morning! Professional, courteous and above all, clean and tidy I cannot recommend Pellows enough. Within 5 hours they cleared the blockage, briefed me on the issue (using their cctv) and cleaned up and left the site. Smiles all round.

The driver Andy did a fantastic job clearing and cleaning a filthy soakaway as well as emptying the sewage processing unit.
He could not have been more charming and helpful.
The time before that they came the young operative was equally charming and helpful, so not a one off!
