We buy only speciality grade coffee beans from ethical sources. We carefully roast the beans to release the unique flavour profile from each one that we use. And we always roast our coffee in small batches to ensure each one is crafted to perfection.

We want you to enjoy the taste of fresh roasted coffee as much as we do - there's no comparison to supermarket coffee that may have been roasted months before and has been sitting on the shelf for some time. To get the best out of your coffee it has to be fresh so we only roast it once you've placed your order.

Why not try us out and you'll see. All of our coffee beans are ethically sourced direct from the farms or co-operatives so that we know the farmers are being paid a decent price for their crops. In all cases the price they are paid is well above the fair trade price. This provides an incentive for the farmers to produce excellent coffee and improve the standard of living in their wider community.
