read moreI recently purchased paint from the Whaley Bridge shop and upon getting home I decided it wasnt the right tone of colour. I telephoned the WB shop to explain and the lady who works there was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful and told me to bring the paint pots back and explained she could add colour to get it to the tone I wanted. When I arrived at the shop, I only went and dropped a sample pot all over the pavement outside - still she was lovely and understanding and went out of her way to stop me feeling bad. She then got on with remixing my paint until I was happy with it, she was so patient and professional. I wish Id got her name because the customer service she provided was excellent and I want to say a massive thank you. I can highly recommend this shop. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

read moreI want to thank Alisha particularly for helping us out when our paint supplier let us down badly. Contacted over FB Messenger after closing time and replied to me really quickly. We had a 2 hour drive to collect the right colour with no issues at all when it was not a Paintmasters problem. So a massive thank you again to Alisha and the advice we received from the lady at the trade counter. Fab service
