Paddison Construction was launched twenty years ago with one key objective: to work with, not just for, its customers. Since then we have grown organically, building on our core skills with gentle expansion into new markets. Our listed building work started with structural jobs, leading to more extensive restoration and then complete refurbishment. Hotels started with traditional contracting, which led to design and build and eventually interior design and specification.
