We also liaise with the Developer's Site Manager, to help assist with a smooth transition from practical completion to full management control. We have worked with Omnicroft Ltd since inception of two of our developments: a development of 14 luxury flats and a development of 60 mixed units (flats and houses) and they have assisted us with all the service charge requirements, worked seamlessly with our advisors (indeed advising them on some aspects).
