If every estate agent was like Luton branch of Northwood, estate agents wouldnt have a negative reputation! We rent an older property, so have had numerous issues to report over the years. Not only is there always a prompt response, but also genuine concern, evidenced by follow-up calls until the problem has been resolved. My wife and I have had dealings with each member of the lettings team. Without exception, staff are courteous, friendlyand efficient. We get the impression that a happy atmosphere prevails in the office. Having recently met the manager, we think we know why!

I have worked with Northwood for the last 5 years, first as a landlord and most recently using them as the agent to sell my property. Throughout, Dell and his team have been a joy to work with with, always pleasant on the phone and in person, and efficient when it came to getting any issues resolved at the property. I would definitely recommend using them.

Bought a property from Northwood. Best experience I could've asked for. Previously dealing with Haart, the purchase fell through over 5 long months. With Northwood, the process was done and dusted in under 3 months, start to finish.
I had constant communication with the whole team, especially Ela who updated me via email the whole way. Any issues with the property were swiftly dealt with.

Amazing service! I sold my old house through Northwood. The team were very professional from start to finish. They gave me an honest valuation and the house was sold for the asking price. Ignore the bad reviews you see, I'm an estate agent my self and I was skeptical because of them but Northwoods were amazing. Communication was 10/10 and we got sale agreed tied up and completed within a month and a half during the Christmas Period! 5*
