They put a camera down to investigate and found the blockage really quickly. They gave an affordable quote for the removal of the blockage and carried out the work straight away. All very transparent and the engineers were really upbeat and friendly. They spent some time with my dad to give him tips on how to avoid blockages in the future too! Sorry we forgot the engineers names, would have loved to have mentioned them individually! Would definitely use again should the need ever arise!

read moreI knew our drains were leaking and had been getting blocked ever year. I saw the PHD advert in Yellow Pages. I phoned them up and ask for a drain survey. They told me the price and they came round that day. They put a camera down all the drains and I could see where our drains had collapsed in several places. I realised that the drains would need digging up all around the house! PHD said they could sleeve the drains and quoted me a price. They sleeved all the drains and sorted out a manhole that day. The two engineers, Dan and Russel, were excellent and really knew what they were doing.
I could have just had the drain survey and then got quotes from different companies to carry out the work. Having your drains sleeved is not cheap but I can recommend PHD.
