Neil James Mullen (NJM) incorporated the firm in June 2003 after successfully being awarded two prestigious zinc roofing and cladding projects in Edinburgh with a combined value of J1. 85 million. Neil recognized the need for further team to help with surveying, estimating and administration duties which would leave him to concentrate on the key element of delivering an excellent service on a day to day basis at site level.
