Nicola Austin, who trained at the Tante Marie School of Cookery in Woking, Surrey has through the years gained a reputation for excellence in all kinds of fine cuisine. A reputation she maintains, by always keeping abreast of current cooking trends. Nicola is classically trained in cake decoration and floral art and her flower arrangements having been displayed in York Minster.
