Our Sunday meetings are characterised by lively Spirit-filled and led music and inspiring, helpful Biblical teaching. At NLPC we like to see God work in us to make us the type of people He wants us to be. He is the One who causes the growth in our lives. He asks us to plant the seed with our friends and in the community, watering our lives with worship, prayer, study and fellowship.

We are a welcoming church that exists to give everyone the opportunity of understanding the gospel, where all can grow in their relationship with God and develop their gifts for the glory of God.

Mission

read moreAs a church we encourage and support a number of initiatives that seek to reach out to love and support people who God loves. Our friends from Christian Partners in Africa run a sponsorship scheme that supports children and their carers to have a great education, food and uniform. At present we sponsor three children at the school. Discovery is a locally based mission that seeks to take the gospel into primary schools throughout Hemel Hempstead. They take assemblies and classes and have a widespread initiative to give Bibles to children in school years 3 and 6.
