I have 31 years' experience, public liability insurance for J5m, and I am a member of Southampton Trading Standards Buy With Confidence Scheme and the National Carpet Cleaners Association. I provide a no quibble prompt attention policy to any concerns a customer may have about my work. In the winter, a dirty and stained natural fibre item - usually less than a day. In the summer, a lightly soiled synthetic fibre item - sometimes only an hour. No items are ever left soaking wet.
