At mypetstop we currently have a friendly, dedicated staff whose only responsibility is making sure while in our care, your pet gets the personal attention they need. Who decides what that personal attention is? You do, after all, you know them finest. Think of us as a type of home from home with world class facilities and highly trained, capable team - sounds nice does not it. Mypetstop in Washington was once known as Triple A which 1st opened in the 1980's. For over twenty years Triple A revolutionised the pet care industry providing a huge range of pet services, all under one roof. This unique pet service model was then replicated with the opening of mypetstop Manchester in 2003 and our Leeds centre in 2004.

read moreOutside we go! And it's a lovely day today too. Yesterday it rained non stop and they still took me out. The pet carers, don't seem to mind what the weather's like - I think they enjoy coming out as much as I do! When I get back from my walk, Gemma, one of my carers, checks over my body to make sure I'm fit and healthy. I notice Gemma writing on a sheet attached to my apartment door - I think everything is noted down so that all the other carers know my health history. And hey - my apartment's been tidied.

read moreWe think it's very important for you to visit our centre before making a booking. This gives you the opportunity to see the facilities, meet the team and ask any questions. You don't need to make a booking, just turn up between 9am - 5pm and our staff will be on hand to take you on a tour. We want to make sure we know your pet inside out. That's why during our check in process we will complete a boarding contract. This ensures we have all of the information to hand to make your pets stay as enjoyable as possible and as care free as possible for you.
