Last week Bobby and Luke installed my garden room, and I just wanted to contact you and commend them on the exceptional job they did. There's not a single aspect of the build and the process that we went through that I'm not 100% happy with, and I cannot praise the two guys enough - so I wanted to make you aware of the superb work they do, but also the way they do it.
They were reliable, friendly, extremely communicative and willing to discuss/advise on all aspects. I am knowledgeable/capable about all aspects of the work that they had to undertake to build my garden room (I just don't have the time to build it myself) - and I could clearly see the accuracy, care and attention to detail they took during the construction, even though it went up fast.
The standard of the build is brilliant, and the finish is top quality - but this of course is down to the people building it, and I can not fault them. I also wanted to thank Jan for her help in the sales and organisation process. I am extremely happy with my build, and I am now beginning the process of getting power connected to it and decorating so I can begin to use it.

The Modern garden room team have been efficient from start to finish of the designing and building of my garden room. The building team worked extremely hard, doing long days in all weathers to get the job finished. The quality is excellent and I love the design combination of composite and cedar. I can't wait to spend more time in it!

The whole process was brilliant, starting with the easy design of our garden room using their 3D online tool that literally let's you choose every detail. Special mention to Jann who let us visit the showroom in her lovely home twice to help us get an idea of sizes and colours. It was a pleasure working with you and you're the reason we chose MGR.
No hard sell, what I really liked is that their design process let's you choose the spec to suit your budget, so if you want to go bells and whistles you can, but you can also get a beautiful room to fit your budget. It really was a consultation rather than a sales process and the fact they build everything on site (not pre-fab) means that minor changes can be made on-site if you change your mind once you see the building go up.
A huge shout out to Aedan and Cory who were heroes working through 40-degree heatwaves over the summer to get our room completed on time. Definitely a young man's game! I looked at a dozen options before deciding and have no regrets at all.

Absolutely incredible. I was a little bit nervous about buying from the internet, but Mandy invited us to see her own room, and was very accommodating with the payment process. The construction process was outstanding. The team arrived on Tuesday lunchtime and by the end of the week we had a perfect garden office, fitted to our own spec and really well-built. The craftsmanship of the work is first class and the speed at which the team worked was incredible. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.

We had our new 3m x 5.5m garden room installed by the team from MGR at the beginning of July 2022. We are really pleased with the room which looks fantastic and it is just what we wanted. The installation team, Steve and Sam, worked tirelessly and were absolutely brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Well done!

I felt it important to update my previous review given follow up from MGR in repose to our initial concerns the snags we had were addressed and more recently when I contacted Lewis to enquire about an issue with the lights and decking he promptly made a sure visit and rectified the minor problem! The room is really coming into its own now and we are delighted with the finished product

Choosing a Garden Room is like looking for the best mortgage deal or any insurance product - however, why did Modern Garden Rooms stand out to us? Well the ease of configuring your ideas on line to completing the enquiry form - then enter Mandy. Mandy called me and spoke to me for at least 30/40 mins and within this call it gave us not only a better idea of that we would like and need but also the confidence in Modern Garden Rooms - which was then followed up with a visit to her home to view garden room options in the flesh.
Great job and we are absolutely delighted with our Garden Room and the quality of finish and speed in which the crew completed the build. Thoroughly recommend in fact we have already recommended my sister who has recently placed a deposit down. Do get in touch

I am very pleased with the build of this garden room. The build quality of the room is excellent. The guys who built the room (aedan and Cory) were very professional and courteous. Nothing was too much of a problem with them. On completion there were minor issues that Mandy and her team resolved without fuss and without question. Overall buying from modern garden room was seamless and pretty much stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have recently had a garden room built and am so pleased with the finished product. Although it is one of the smaller rooms, it has given me a spacious working space that has exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure dealing with Modern Garden Rooms from the planning phase through to completion and the build team, Harry and Adam worked so hard (12 hour days) and completed my building in 3 days.
They were really nice people to have a round too! They gave me some great options throughout the build (where to position plug sockets, flooring) and even provided a brush plate for the later installation of a BT line. The room is great quality and looks so lovely in my garden, I could not be happier.

Please can you pass on our thanks to the whole team. We have been so impressed with MGR, from being invited to view the rooms at Mandy's house, to how she answered our never ending list of questions and specifications! We were also blown away by how brilliant Tim and Eddie were on site. They worked so so hard and we couldn't believe how much they got done in such a short time.
They were polite, helpful and kept us updated throughout and cleared up so there was no trace they were there. The room is absolutely beautiful and we're so pleased we made the decision to go with you.

Steve and Sam completed our room not that long ago and it was a fantastic job through from our initial contact with Mandy to the final completion. The build itself was done in just 3 and a half days including all the foundations, electrics, plastering and some additional decking that we needed. The thing that got me was the high attention to detail.
I'm a cabinet maker by trade and used to seeing top quality work, and this was exceptional. It was built as part of a garden renovation and the end result was stunning and perfectly in line with my high expectations. I couldn't recommend Modern Garden Rooms enough and everyone who has seen it is extremely impressed. Thanks once again to the team for a job well done

We booked our garden room in April for fitting in August, being busy is a good sign it seems, The quality of these things is truly insane, and the cedar finish is beautiful and smells amazing, and the speed at which they build (from scratch! ) is incredible. Day one was amazing to watch. The entire team worked very well, and customer service after was quick to reply too, I'd highly recommend MDG's to anyone. Well worth the wait. 5 stars
