After a long spell in hospital and no longer able to look after herself, a family decision was made to find a live in carer for my 93 year old mother who has mobility issues and short term memory loss.
So, I approached MNS Consul Home Care Ltd. who were immediately able to help us by providing the most wonderful caring, loving and kind carer we could have only dreamed about.
Her attention to detail is second to none, incredibly tidy and keeps the house immaculate, just as my mother always did when she was able. Mum has always been a very houseproud person!
In fact, we got lucky again when a second carer was sent to give the main one a two week break. She too lives up to the comments I make above. We particularly like the fact that the same carer(s) remain with mum throughout rather than constantly changing to a different person every 2-3 weeks which some agencies do. We are so happy with our 'team' that they now feel part of the family.
I would, without hesitation, highly recommend MNS should you be looking for a live-in carer as we were. Mum is so happy now ....and so am I !
