I contacted MLT plumbing and heating about a couple of small jobs that needed to be done before some building work could commence. Mitch contacted me later that day, and an appointment was made for two days later.
Mitch turned up on time, and was able to do the first job there and then. He emailed me later with a quote for the other job which we arranged to do at the end of the week. Thank you for completing the jobs so promptly.
I will be asking him for any more plumbing jobs that need to be done in the future!

Came to install a NEST heating system in the house and gave the boiler a look at to make sure everything was working fine and sorted a few issues and didn't try adding on hidden costs. Professional, on time and very knowledgeable about all aspects. 10/10 would recommend for any work.

Mitch installed a new Ideal boiler for us around 9 months ago, having had an issue with a radiator this year I emailed him for advice and within 2 days he was here to help.

Mitchell was very swift to reply & able to help us out within half an hour.
He replaced an ageing lead pipe, that had been leaking for some time, in under an hour and charged a very reasonable price for his efforts.

Mitch, at MLT, worked alongside our contractor on our home extension and carried out all the plumbing work, including installing a new dishwasher, radiator, sink with all new waste outlets, macerator, external tap, and external plumbing for a washing machine in an outhouse. My old boiler had broken down again and finally had to be replaced, Mitch came out very quickly to take a look and provided a quote. He came back to replace the boiler within a couple of days. He was very polite, turned up exactly when he said he would and did a very tidy job at a reasonable price. Good tradesman are hard to find so if your looking for a Plumber/Gas engineer then dont hesitate to give Mitch a call, he wont let you down.

Our boiler kept struggling to fire and we had to reset it every time we wanted hot water. Landlord sent a plumber round who basically said it'd be a very costly job and a long fix! A few months down the line Mitch came over and had sorted the issue in about an hour, no more resetting the boiler every 10 mins! He was very friendly and even offered to help move our wardrobe back into place as we moved it to access the boiler. Would definitely recommend!

I emailed Mitch in the evening and he got back to me promptly. We asked for a quote for various jobs such as replacing radiators, moving the boiler to another place and bringing the gas line into our kitchen.
He explained our options, made suggestions and gave us a very competitive quote.

Mitch provided a speedy and clear quote (which he quickly adjusted when I messed him around!) and was able to meet my requested start date with no problems. The installation of my new boiler (and other minor jobs) was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess. He explained everything he was doing as the job progressed and when it turned out there was a minor (manufacturer's) problem with the boiler he was proactive in arranging an engineer to attend and provided ongoing assistance throughout that appointment as well. All around he was a pleasure to deal with and I can thoroughly recommend him to any potential customers.

Very friendly and efficient. Mitchell was able to come within 24 hours to assess a leak from an upstairs bathroom. Discovered the source of the leak and fixed it in less than an hour. Would highly recommend MLT Plumbing & Heating.
