Bought my living room suite from here. I was kept updated regularly with delivery changes due to covid-19. Staff and delivery guys were great and both very helpful, as for my furniture it is top quality and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for furniture! Thanks Chris! Amazing
I have bought a few items of furniture from Jill, Stuart and Chris the quality has always been amazing.I love the quality of service a family Owned shop offers, and the staff always remember you. I now get invites to the exclusive sales as I'm on the mailing list. (Win win )
Being a tough year I ordered a new bed and was told 'we will get it to you But'. They fully explained the situation with containers being backed up the delay as factories were closing on and off. I loved it so was willing to wait. Anyway it's just turned up and it was well worth the wait. I will sleep well tonight. Thanks guys hang in there I know times are uncertain.

After ordering a bed from Wayfair in March and still waiting after 10 weeks with no sign of delivery . Time was of the essence !! As we had family coming to stay, most of the Furniture shops in and around the Teesside area had delivery times of between 10-20 weeks estimated delivery!! Michael O'Connor Furniture was the only shop who actually went out of there way to source the particular colour and Ottoman bed which is of exceptional quality and ended up cheaper than the failed order from Wayfair!! Thank you to Chris and Stuart for being true to your word and delivering the bed within the time stated , less than 2 weeks . The delivery guys were fab , removing there shoes on entry , which is a big tick from me and put the bed up for us , taking away all rubbish . What a truly professional service from start to finish . Michael O'Connor Furniture will be my first point of call in future ( especially as I need 2 new sofas etc) I wouldn't go anywhere else now Value for Money
