In 1999 Merlin IT was set up in response to the demand by local tiny businesses and home users who did not have reliable, best quality PC support available when their computers developed complications. Our proprietor was a Technical Manager and Senior Engineer with 12 years knowledge in IBM and compatible PC's, peripherals, networks and software from major manufacturers. Whilst undertaking work for local tiny businesses and residential users, he recognised a high percentage of his work involved correcting major problems that had been caused.
