Highly recommend
Highly recommend - Rio was the manager there. Unfortunately, I didn't check the time of when the branch closed, and as train had a delay, I missed out on hiring a car. I showed up at 9am the next day to hopefully pick up my car however, as I didn't show up on the first day, it was deemed as a no show and I had booked through booking.comRio was so helpful and did everything she could to help me get a car on that same day. She advised that I contact booking.com and we were able to sort out a car within half an hour without any additional costs. Rio and her staff were so lovely, reassured that I shouldn't need to stress and was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday in Scotland.

The team at McNicoll - TollCross branch were great. Booking was easy and pick up and drop off was quick and hassle free.I hired a Van for the day and it was clean, well maintained and did the job perfectly for me.
I booked over the phone - team very nice and happy to take call and answer my questions too. Definitely recommend them.
