I am Maxine Bates and run my own event planning business Maruba Events. I am accredited as a certified Event Planner by the Institute of Event Planning and a certified Wedding Planner by the Institute of Professional Wedding Planners, am trained in balloon decorating, and have been organising events since 1992. Although the most of my work is in the East Midlands I work around the UK, including the Channel Islands. I work with both private individuals and corporate customers.
