Marigold Day Nursery is a 64 place private day nursery located in the middle of Heswall in Milner Cop. Set away from the main road, it has ample parking and huge outdoor play areas. Marigold is a bright and well-resourced nursery, delivering safe and secure private day care for kids from 3 months up to 5 years of age. Marigold Day Nursery is regulated and inspected by Ofsted, enabling the parents of 3 and 4 year olds to claim Nursery Education Grant. Our most recent Ofsted Inspection took place in December 2006 and we received another superb report.

We work closely with parents to ensure that new children settle quickly and enjoy their nursery day, allowing parents to be completely confident that their child is happy and well cared for. So from harvesting vegetables from our own allotments for our home-made soup, to building an igloo from milk cartons, to creating Eric the Dragon from cardboard boxes for Chinese New Year, our children are learning and developing socially, emotionally, intellectually and culturally.

read moreWe encourage our staff to aim higher and we fully support their ongoing training and development. Many of our staff have gained higher level qualifications since joining Marigold - we currently have four graduates! Our staff qualifications greatly exceed Ofsted's requirements. I opened Marigold Day Nursery in 1997 along with two other family members. Working with young children has been such an amazing journey and I am very proud of Marigold and the wonderful care that we give. My name is Debbie and I have worked with the babies and toddlers at Marigold since 2009.
