Our menu, always evolving, owes much to the fine quality of native ingredients at hand. Signature dishes make abundant use of fresh, renowned local produce including Irish salmon, beef and lamb while openly revelling in modern French and Global influences. Wine choices are made with the discerning palate in mind and have been carefully selected to compliment the robust and hearty quality of the cuisine. Our wines include New and Old World favourites, plus lesser-known gems from smaller producers.
