These machines are ideal for turning close tolerance parts, likewise long components. M&M Turned Parts operate a range of Citizen sliding head CNC turning lathes. Components are produced from 2mm dia up to 35mm dia in various batch sizes. We can machine difficult to machine materials due to having LFV (Low Frequency Vibration) on some lathes.

These can be imported into the CADCAM Program in 3D. Our Feature-CAM software then allows us to generate the CNC program directly from the 3D model. Modifications can be made to designs. This can be complemented by M&M Turned Parts due to our 125 years of combined machining knowledge. CADCAM was first introduced in the 1990's due to the major introduction of computers to industry.
