As subcontractor to Heatseal Insulation Ltd, Mike was responsible for all the electrical works associated with the installation of an Enphase solar panel array/storage battery system and an Ohme car charging point at our house. He spent two and a quarter days on the project, and his colleague John worked with him for one of those days. Throughout, we found him to be extremely courteous and approachable. He was very well equipped with a wide range of high quality tools, and his work was of the highest calibre. As might be expected on an installation such as this, there were some challenges along the way, but Mikes attitude was such that we experienced no increase in stress levels he just dealt with each and every challenge in a professional manner.
Throughout the project, Mike kept us informed of progress and communicated appropriately with ourselves and with everyone involved.
His interactions with the panel installation team (they have worked together many times in the past) showed us that theres a lot of mutual respect and trust between them all.
After completion and commissioning of the project, Mike took the time to explain the workings of the system and helped us to download and set up the necessary apps, and he reassured us that should we need any further support, he would be happy to help.
We felt from the off that Mike had our interests at heart and wanted to deliver according to our expectations and beyond. We felt that he was someone that we could work with and trust. It was a pleasure to have him working in our home.

Mike has just installed 18 solar panels and 3 batteries for us.
From the very first contact Mike was proactive in detailing estimates, explained everything and answered our questions. He followed up with the proposal and on receipt of the nominal deposit applied for the relevant permissions.
On the day of installation Mike and his team, John and Alfie, turned up at the specified time, made sure we understood what was going to happen and promptly got to work.
Their work ethics were impressive, they worked hard, appreciated the occasional cup of tea, kept us updated explaining every stage of the installation and left the place immaculate, inside and out. S
Once completed everything was carefully explained from the various bits of equipment in the garage to downloading/how to use the app and what it all meant. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike said that he continues to monitor the equipment.
Mike is very personable, he expects and achieves high standards of workmanship and respectful interactions with everyone.
It's obvious that his team are dependable and work well together, they were a pleasure to have around for the day.

Mike promptly gave me a good price for solar panel installation, estimating installation realistically on basis of availability of components. In fact, he installed panels and battery well ahead of schedule, having tailored the system to our specific requirements - and saving some money on the way. Mike and his team were great to have around the house and found ways to minimise disruption while they got on with their work. I was pleased to have them back to replace our kitchen lighting which they fitted in during the week before Christmas.
