Lycage

Lycage Metrocan is an underground waste collection system which supplies optimum public access to recycling facilities and encourages responsible disposal of household waste, whilst improving the appearance of public areas, whereas traditional on-the-ground waste collection containers are often bulky and unsightly, smelling unpleasant in warmer weather, causing obstruction and creating unhealthy situations. With a footprint of only 167cm square, each underground container stores up to 5000 litres of waste, minimising the use of public space, reducing smell and improving hygiene.
