London Fight Factory
read moreAll age groups, skill levels and fitness levels are very welcome and our coaches and students are hugely supportive of new members and, of course, each other. You will learn a massive amount if you train with us and become fitter than you have possibly ever been. We like to laugh a lot but our classes are demanding, both mentally and physically, and whatever your level you will need to work hard - but it will be worth it. We have our main base at 19 Ebenezer Street where we teach all the disciplines mentioned above and this is a 5 minute walk from Old Street Station.
Personal Training available today
read moreLondon Fight Factory instructors give private and semi-private tuition in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Wrestling, Sambo and Strength and Conditioning. Martial arts personal training programmes are put together to suit you and your individual needs and will help you learn at an accelerated rate. This is due to being trained more intensely and monitored constantly. Classes last for an hour and a basic format is usually followed: aerobic exercise, such as basic stretching, skipping and shadow boxing, followed by anaerobic exercise i.e. advanced stretching, strength and stamina training.

There are limitless strengths and techniques than can be combined and utilised and this means each person's style can be more dynamic than most and unique to their own ever-evolving skill set. My strengths are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling, and grappling has always been a passion for me. Hence I love teaching the grappling side of things and adapting it specifically to an MMA context.

read moreWhat I love about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the self-confidence that it can give you and the lifestyle that opens up - it can have such a positive affect on your life both on and off the mat. I also love the idea that in BJJ everyone can win, you don't have to be strong to restrain an opponent. We train with and without gi and although, with the latter, strength does become more of a deciding factor most of the time we train with gi. When you train with gi it's so much to do with technique and style and just because someone might be strong it doesn't mean they'll win.
Boxing Classes in London
read moreBoxing is one of the oldest and most efficient combat sports. You use footwork, balance, strategy, head movement, defensive skills and an array of punches to hit someone. Whilst hopefully minimising the chances of getting hit yourself! All our boxing classes are mixed, so students of all abilities (including complete beginners) are very welcome to join. If you haven't trained before, you will take part in the same warm up as everyone else before focusing on your stance, balance and footwork. More advanced students focus on punches and combinations etc. that are suitable for their level of skill and experience.
