Tom from loft installation experts has been brilliant. He Assessed the roof which needed removal of open spray foam and explained exactly what needed to be done. He booked us in and got the Job done professionally to a very high standard. Very pleased with our new loft. Tom kept communication at all times with progress until the job was completed. Excellent experience with this company. Three friendly guys turned up exactly on time that was arranged. Covered the hall floor straight away and proceeded to clear the loft of old insulation and a few other bits.Removed to outside in a tidy fashion.After lunch started to install the new insulation. Inspected when completed and I was very pleased with the result. Any mess was cleared and floor was hoovered before leaving.
The three guys were very pleasant and hard working and were a credit to this company.

Tom and his team are truly the best in the business! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to look after our needs and made sure every detail was completed to the highest standard. From start to finish the installation of insulation in two lofts was vary well executed. The company overcame an unexpected COVID case which disrupted the work force and the installation was carried out in a timely and efficient manner (by Chris on his own)leaving the site clean and tidy with the work completed to my entire satisfaction in accordance with the very reasonable estimate. Wanted to have spray foam removed from a property we were about to purchase. I contacted Tom who came out to take a look and quote the work. Great communication while we waited to exchange contracts and accommodated a change of date last minute.
Two of Tom's team were sent out to do the work and although I didn't actually meet them they completed the work a day earlier than planned during a heatwave. They left the place tidy and disposed of all spray foam and old insulation, replacing it with new.
I poked my head up into the attic and while I am no expert it looks as though everything is all good and the team left behind a certificate confirming the work carried out and that it meets all regulations.

This isn't going to be your typical review for loft installation but I just wanted to say that the people who work for this company are such amazing people! Tom and Charlie came to our hour of need to help get our cat out of a stuck tree. They are both true credits and we can't thank them enough. Tom and his team have done an excellent job removing a lot of unnecessary items put in by the previous owner (carpet! doors, planks) that was causing damp in the loft as it was all in the between the two layers of insulation, making it ineffective. Tom's team took all this rubbish and the old insulation away with them and installed new insulation, along with vents in the roof and blocked any possible access points where rats could come in. They were quick and efficient, kept mess to the very minimum, they protected my new carpets and left everything as it should be. In my opinion Tom went over and above by installing a new vent on the outside wall where my cooker extractor vent is and also new extractor pipes in the loft for both kitchen and bathroom.

I contacted Tom at SurePro insulation via Checkatrade as we needed closed cell spray foam insulation removed from our loft.
On his initial visit Tom took the time to explain the work involved and recommended the best approach to the project. He then followed up the discussion with a detailed quotation for the work and put us in touch with a roofing company he recommended rather than us having to find one ourselves.
From start to finish Tom (& Charlie) have arrived punctually, always communicating what that days work will involve and have completed what was a big job as quickly as they could minimising disruption for us. They left the house and work area clean and tidy every evening and their standard of finish is excellent.

Tom and Charlie did an excellent job of removing opencell foam and replacing the loft insulation. They were always polite, cheerful, considerat, made very little noise and cleaned up every day.

I used SurePro Insulation Ltd to removed spray foam insulation from the loft. Tom came round to survey the area and quoted accordingly explaining clearly what the work would involve. Both Tom and Charlie worked cheerfully removing the foam over a number of days, bagging up the waste and removing it at the end of each day to dispose of it ethically. The area of the house affected by the work was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. New loft insulation was then laid to the relevant standard. Tom also provided me with a complete set of photos of the loft area before and after the work was undertaken together with certification. I would highly recommend them.

Tom and his team were nothing but exceptional. From his initial visit to quote, he was insightful and helpful in laying out the various insulation and installation options. In the end we requested, the removal of insulation, new insulation installed, boarded loft space and a larger loft hatch. He arrived on time, installed in his said time estimate and left each of the two days he was here with an immaculate home. There was no mess, whatsoever. He prepped beforehand each day laying down protective materials on carpets etc. Would recommend and use again.
