My name is Claire and I am an NCMA Registered Childminder, I have been operating in the childcare sector for 10 years and have hands on experience, in a huge range of roles. I began my childcare training at a well known founded day nursery and over the ten years within the industry I worked for two national nurseries and worked hard to become a highly skilled room director, managing 4 team and up to 20 kids at any one time. In ten years I have cared for 100's of kids varying in age from 3 months up to 15 years, kids of different nationalities, ages, learning difficulties and special requirements.
