All of our properties are situated in rural surroundings yet within walking and cycling distance of Lincoln city centre (bikes provided) We are close to the A46 so you can soon be at many local attractions or the great Lincolnshire coast line.

All our holiday homes have their own private hot tub, under floor heating, large smart TVs, free Wi-Fi and all double beds have memory foam mattresses. Awesome weekend as always at Fen Farm with golf boys, however Johns new (short cut) road needs some work.
