Really good service, Denis came round at short notice, worked out a way to fix my lock without having to replace it, which would have been expensive. I have used Liberty locksmiths a few times over the last few years and have always found them to be professional, friendly and competitively priced. Highly recommend.

We just moved into our new home and Denis was able to come out on the day to ensure we got new locks fitted asap! We were both very impressed with his service and would definitely recommend him. He told us what the cost would be beforehand which was an added bonus!

Great job - came out within 24 hours (non emergency), and managed to fit a new mechanism and adjust the door within an hour.

Our key wouldn't turn in the lock and the locking mechanism for our apartment door had seized. One phone call and half an hour later the locksmith arrived exactly when he said he would and started work to resolve this issue.

The full five point lock on the rim of the door plus the main lock itself had to be removed. Now, at this point I would have been none the wiser if I had been told the entire locking mechanism had needed replaced. But the chap was so honest and said he could actually fix the lock itself.

To put this into context- my neighbour was passing and informed us that this had also happened in one of the other apartments and the resident had been quoted just over 1,000 to install a new replacement locking assembly as apparently the developer had fitted very expensive locks in this building!!!!

We were charged a fraction of this price to have our door lock fixed by Liberty!!!!
So, hat's off to this company for their honesty, kindness and fantastic service!

Called Liberty Locksmith night before. Needed lock barrel changed. Price quoted and time given. Came on time, no additional work. Price quoted was the price paid. Excellent service, extremely recommended. Job completed in a professional friendly manner.

Came out 17 miles on a bank holiday at 21:00 and got the job done in 10 minutes and did it so we dont need a new lock on the door. Also very straightforward and personable. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Liberty Locksmith Limited via whats app and got a reply straight away. Denis then arranged to come view the faulty locks/doors that evening.
Denis was polite, friendly and super efficient and extremely reasonably priced. Denis resolved the issues with my locks/doors and reassured me I didnt need to replace my PVC doors.

Within 24 hours of contacting Liberty Locksmiths, Dennis arrived and replaced the locking mechanism in a UPVC door for my parents. Within an hour of phoning Denis for a non-emergency, our front door locking mechanism had been replaced! I'd have been happy if it had been done within a week, so this was amazing service. Excellent service. My door jammed in the evening but was fortunately secure for the night. I sent Denis an email and got a prompt response and he came out to fix it in the morning. He replaced a faulty gearbox and fixed the alignment of our door. Very friendly, and took the time to show me what had failed!

I called to enquire whether he installed key safes and within a minute Dennis said he only installed one model as it was both police and insurance approved and was the model I had already researched. Within an hour he was on site and installed it for a very reasonable price. Outstanding service and I would have no hesitation in contacting him again if I needed a locksmith.

Was quoted 800 to replace bathroom window as was told wobbly handle couldn't be fixed. Dennis fitted a new handle and fixed "sticky" pvc door. All for a fraction of this price. Reliable courteous prompt service.
