Disability Services in London Lexxic was established in 2007 by Chartered Occupational Psychologist Nicola James, after managing the challenges of her own dyslexia in the corporate sector.

Lexxic provides services in the UK to Occupational Health Providers, FTSE 100 companies, government organisations and members of the public.

Diagnostic and Screening Assessments
read moreWe use a range of recognised tests to determine whether an individual has, or is displaying the tendencies of, a specific neurodiverse condition.
These can be delivered face-to-face, or if a screening is required, it is possible to complete these over the phone. We can visit you on site at your work place or if you prefer you can visit one of our national Lexxic centres.
Following the assessment, a full written report is generated outlining the individuals strengths, challenges and proposed next steps.
Workplace Assessments
read moreA workplace needs assessment identifies suitable recommendations to minimise the challenges experienced by individuals.
It provides a full assessment of their working environment and may include adjustments like equipment, ergonomics or assistive technology, as well as strategies that can be implemented immediately and at little or no cost.
A report is generated following the appointment in order to support the employee and the employer in the implementation of these recommendations.
Training
read moreLexxic offers CPD recognised presentations, workshops and webinars that are particularly aimed at line managers, Human Resources staff and Occupational Health professionals.
These are designed to suit each organisations needs and range from 1-hour lunch and learn style presentations, through to a full day of training should an organisation be looking for a more in-depth programme.

Founder
read moreNicola James is the Founder of Lexxic Ltd. and a Chartered Psychologist. She established Lexxic in 2007, to work with public and private sector organisations to help them better understand Dyslexia and neurodiverse conditions to get the best out of their employees. Nicola also has further postgraduate training in neuropsychology. She is also the founder of Neurotalent Unlocked, an online learning platform to raise awareness for managers and provide strategies for employee with neurodiverse conditions to help them succeed at work.

A dyslexic individual herself, Nicola has been fortunate enough to receive support from the Dyslexia Centre at Nottingham University, and is now passionate about helping other people with similar difficulties.

read moreAidan comes from a background in psychology and leadership development. He completed his BSc in Applied Psychology at University College Cork and an MSc in Leadership at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Having spent 10 years working in higher education following his academic studies, Aidan worked as an organisational consultant for Lexxic and other companies throughout the UK and Ireland, before becoming Lexxics CEO.
