Leslies Removals

Whilst in full time employment, working nights on the assembly line at International Harvesters in Idle Bradford, Leslie purchased a tiny van and started providing odd items of furniture during the daytime for people in the local area. Within 6 months Leslie found he had sufficient work to allow him to give up his job at International Harvesters and concentrate full time on building up the business. Leslie's wife, Betty, undertook the administrative side of the business dealing with telephone enquiries and bookings.
