read moreThe Leicestershire Golf Club welcomes visitors, including Societies. As well as our excellent golf course, our clubhouse offers visitors superb dining from bar snacks to three course meals. All of this can be enjoyed with great panoramic views of the course. Golfers should walk from the main car park, through the committee car park and round the club house via the footpath adjacent to the 18th green. The course-side path leads to the Professional's shop and Office. Access to the Gentlemen's and the Ladies locker rooms is via the entrance door between the Office and the Professional's Shop.

read moreThe Leicestershire Senior Ladies are an enthusiastic and vibrant section of the Club, friendly and strongly supportive of team events throughout the season and of the Club as a whole. We have a great golfing program both home and away. We are always supported by our ladies, and we also have a great rapport with the gentlemen members. We have several new ladies who have joined this year and who have joined in with the great camaraderie of the club.

read moreHere at The Leicestershire Golf Club (TLGC) we are very proud of the Junior Section and as such it receives great support from the whole of the club. With over 70 junior members, both boys and girls and still growing, we believe that TLGC is a great place for any junior golfer to develop. Our junior section is full of promising young golfers, both boys and girls and with regular competitions they get every opportunity to progress. Whilst we have a number of boys and girls involved in County level golf we also welcome and encourage juniors of all abilities.

read moreThis year's Mixed Matches against other clubs are being organised by the AGM on behalf of Clive and Carol Smith. Everyone is welcome to play whether you have a partner or not. The sign up sheet is on the mixed board to the left of the door to the Ladies' changing room. If your name is not on the list and you would like to play, please add your name in clear writing. The Home club chooses the format of matches; and so we will only know the away match format nearer the time. Once the teams have been selected and posted, it is your responsibility to find a replacement if you cannot play.

read moreOur Professional can arrange for you and your friends to have a course of lessons as a group or individually. If you then decide to take up the game we will be delighted to welcome you. There is a dedicated Ladies competition day on Tuesday and this year we have ensured that all ladies will have the opportunity to play on a Sunday in qualifying competitions. These will be linked to the following Tuesday competitions. We have a regular mixed roll up and mixed matches during the summer months - so plenty of opportunities to play with your other half.
