Our firm has recently registered with the LABC Partner Authority Scheme, our chosen Local Authority being Stockton Borough Council. This matters that when we're submitting a Building regulations Application it doesn't matter which Local Authority the project falls under, it will always be checked by our partnering Local Authority. The benefits of being in parnership with Stockton Borough Council means that we get a consistant interpretation of the Building Regulations, a single point of contact and fewer queries.
